The first is that your skin might be sensitive towards the acne products especially if the product is a little too strong. the skin surrounding your acne might feel extremely dry and it might cause redness and irritation. The wisest move is to wash it off and stop using the product. Consult a dermatologist if the symptoms persist. Oxy 10 is one acne cream that gives fast results and it works very well but not for everyone as it might be too strong for some so do start off using Oxy 5 first which is milder yet work just as well as Oxy 10! Do remember that each individual have different skin types and one man's meat might be another man poison!
Do notice that Oxy 5 is Regular strength while Oxy 10 is Maximum strength! So Please choose wisely!The second reason why your acne hurts when you apply pimple cream is because was scratch or hurt. Applying the pimple cream to it will cause a stinging pain that would last for a few minutes. If you feel that the stinging pain is not going away, wash it off gently.
Remember that scratching your acne and poking it will cause more harm than good. A good number of people have their face scarred because they scratch it! So be very careful when treating your acne problems.

If you have an oily face, it's best to use Simple Oil control. It's works really well in keeping the oil outbreak under control plus it exfoliate your skin :)
However, do remember that some oil is good for your skin too. If you get rid of all your natural oil, your face will be too dry which is really bad for your skin. Remember that your skin needs to be moisturize every morning :) To get rid of excess oil, try using T3 oil wipe :) it's available at your local pharmacy and drug stalls.
